NY Life Foundation Grants $75,000 to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute

The New York Life Foundation announced a $75,000 grant to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) to support the 2009-2010 Public Policy Fellowship Program.
