I know many students who are on the brink of dropping out of school – NOT because they have failing grades or are in trouble other wise, but because they don’t have enough money to pay for tuition, books and incidentals.
There are a few scholarship~grant~student loan web sites out there… so I want to make sure and let each one of you know what we are and what we are NOT.
Military spouses are now eligible to receive up to $6,000 from the U.S. government for educational expenses. In May 2009, the Department of Defense enacted the Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts program, which pays up to $6,000 for post-secondary education (including distance learning), training and credentialing.
