Online Education Scholarships – A Scam or the Real Thing?

We have been examining several “interesting advertisements” from outfits that purport to give scholarships for online education [example of one such advertisement].  Our advise to you is to NOT complete these forms that “lump several schools together”, but rather, spend a little time and research each of the schools individually.
