We have tried to load as many samples of “this” and “that” here to help you complete the [sometimes] long process of completing an application.  Each of the templates and documents described here has been loaded in our Download Section and has been checked for viruses. All documents in the Download Section area are saved in the latest version of Microsoft Office for either Macintosh or Windows. We want to encourage you to send us your templates or helpful documents so that we can place them here – to assist others.

Sample Resume and Professional Reference Sheet: This document gives you a template to use in the preparation of a professional references sheet.  This might become important if you are going after one or two national or regional scholarships of high-value [$7,000+].

Academic Year Budget Spreadsheet: Here you have a simple spreadsheet for you to fill out as best you can… and estimate your overall expenses for each semester, the winter holiday season and summer.  In the end, this completed spreadsheet will give you a very accurate idea of what it will financial take to complete the year at your university.

Books on Scholarship: There are many books out there to assist the beginner or veteran scholarship applicant.  In each case, read and follow their directions, but only do this if it “fits you and your situation”. Each of these can be found in your local publis or university library.  In addition, most of these can be purchased through fine book stores like Amazon or Barns & Noble.
